[RELEASED]F1 2017 Codemasters by Patrick34 v1.0
So finally here is my first version of F1 2017 Codemasters cars converted to rFactor by myself.
This is the only F1 2017 mod released by myself and it will remain so.
Even if it took a lot of time to make it,don't expect a lot from this mod (Not everything is perfect, it's just a mod my way)
This mod couldn't be possible without Dave Noonan,the maker of this wonderful tool : 3DSimEd.
After the ability to open content from new gen Codemasters F1 games,he gave the opportunity to apply Shaders on cars. (Thanks to him!)
Due to Codies texture mapping,I had to work more harder on specific track liveries and there is still some liveries missing (most of time due to Codemasters sh*tty mapping)
So specific car liveries,specific models (just major car changes),Halo and tests drivers are included.
This mod includes new physics made by Peter (GER).
Anyway I hope you will can enjoy this mod
To everyone who has an old PC,this mod isn't FPS friendly.
I did full grid and normally everything is okay,I have shit pc and it lag a bit (only for starts) but if you have a "normal pc"
(you can play F1 2015-F1 2017,Project CARS 1/2 or Assetto Corsa on it for example),you shouldn't have any lags.
Don't worry if you have recurring CTDs after returning to the menu after a race, this happens to me too and I didn't manage to find a fix cause I can't identify the problem as rFactor don't detect it (I think the reason for the CTDs are because of RFE plugin).
RFE Plugin is mandatory (Included).I also included an rFactor.exe to people with Steam version who have trouble with RFE plugin,
you just have to replace your rFactor.exe with mine (Remember to backup yours).This may works and fix your crashes
Due to high quality models and textures,I suggest you to use 4gb patch on your rFactor ( http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php ) and to use the command +fullproc (search on Internet for more information)

HOW TO INSTALL

STEP 1

a) Put all folders into your rFactor folder (Default is C:\Program Files\rFactor)
b) Replace all files.
c) Ready

Absolutely amazing, Pat! Subarashii job! I tested it in different tracks, with different cars, and, in a honestly thought, it just felt very cozy when it comes to drive it with keyboard. Plus that, I gotta admit, I wasn't expecting so much liveries/skins or even different shapes of models, since you said it was from Codies, but again, you surprised me with such wonderful cars. Oh, and that Honda's sound? I literally loved everything of it.
Can't wait to see/try future updates and also try the 2018 mod.

Thanks in advance.even though I can't see what's the actual problem there, since it's a very-low resolution picture, or maybe you're using the mod starting with other, ie, you opened rF, you got another mod and then changed to F1 2017, that might just messed up some Shaders and you got the McLaren (I guess it is?) like that. If don't, you might either need to find through files at GameData and see if you have the McLaren textures in conditions or, in the worst of the cases download it again.
Im probably gonna have to download it again because I think it might be to do with the integrity of the mods files. Ill see what happens later.

I seem to have found some issues with vandoorne's early season livery. Just something to take note I guess but besides that the mod has been really good man.

About Shaders problem,make sure in rFConfig you're using DX9 and you're launching the game with the mod
